Crystal

Crystal

Hospital Manager

Before sharing her wonderful personality and hilarious sense of humor with us at Towne, Crystal, a lifelong native of Northern Virginia, served for 8 years in the military. Crystal’s love for animals and children is evident in her busy household, which she shares with 3 children, a dog and a small zoo of exotic pets. She spends what very little spare time she has reading and spending time with her large family.
Kirsten

Kirsten

Technical Assistant and Inventory Manager

Having worked at Towne for over 10 years, Kirsten balances her skill as one of the senior technical assistants with a genius for managing all aspects of our inventory. A resident of Loudoun, she has 6 Border Collies, 2 cats, and 4 horses of her own. Not only does Kirsten show her dogs in agility at the national level, she also teaches clicker training and agility at A Click Above dog school in Leesburg. We love Kirsten!
Jeanna

Jeanna

Technical Assistant

Originally from England, Jeanna moved to America 22 years ago and has called Virginia home for the last 10 years. We tease her about her accent, but it doesn’t faze the hospitalized pets-they recognize her compassion immediately. She shares her spare time with 4 cats, 1 dog, 1 bird, a rabbit and assorted chickens and ducks. As trustworthy and professional an individual as you can find.
Angela

Angela

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Born and raised in Tennessee, Angela moved from Wilmington, NC in 2007 and joined our team. She has accumulated a wealth of knowledge over her 12 years in the veterinary profession. Angela is our lighthearted, sweets-loving, class clown, and puts both pets and owners at ease with her easy-going manner. Angela currently has a goofy red tabby cat, a St. Bernard mix and a Welsh Pembroke Corgi.
Patty

Patty

Licensed Veterinary Technician

Born and raised in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, I moved to the US seven years ago with my Rhodesian Ridgeback-mix, Gobez, after meeting my now husband. Our family has now grown to include two cats, Elly and Oliver, plus a newly adopted puppy, Luna. My dream is to have a huge house, so I have the space to adopt many more animals needing a loving home. Favorite things to do; horse ride, taking walks and eating ice cream.
Andrea

He also loves the outdoors and can often be found on a hike with Sparky and Weezy. His love for animals and knowledge make for a wonderful assistant and mentor to newer staff.
Hannah D.

Hannah D.

Assistant

Hannah was born and adopted in Florida and was surrounded by animals her entire life. Becoming an assistant and studying to become a Licensed Veterinary Technician was such an easy decision for Hannah as her love and passion for animals comes naturally and grows daily. Hannah has worked with horses and a pet store before joining us at Towne. While Hannah is currently enrolled in Penn Foster, she is getting plenty of hands on experience with us. Hannah is a joy to be around and truly gives her all for her patients. Hannah can often be caught tearing up while snuggling with a puppy or smiling while playing with a cat in the back.

Olivia

Olivia

Assistant

Olivia started in the veterinary field as a receptionist and ended up being cross-trained as an assistant. When she considered which job was best for her, she felt being an assistant was the best fit for her. She has always loved animals and grew up trying to fill her head with all the animal knowledge and facts that she could. Olivia is very happy to share her knowledge and talents with us at Towne and continue to grow her love and passion for animal care. She has one pup of her own, a mixed breed dog with too much personality, but she looks forward to getting many more.

Bryson

Assistant

My name is Bryson, and I’m a Vet Assistant. My love for animals led me to this field of work, and my passion for the care and well-being of all animals continually grows. I love to help the bond between pet owner and pet and am so glad to be trusted with the care of your fur babies!

Veterinary Technicians, Assistants and Customer Service Representatives are essential in the health care of our patients. At Towne, we have all the modern tools to maintain your companion’s health. At the same time, our clients appreciate the more intimate family atmosphere that allows the staff to know your pet and you to know our team members. When illness does occur, this familiarity helps reduce stress and optimizes the care of your pet.
