We provide boarding for dogs, cats, and small mammals (rabbits, guinea pigs, etc.) as a service to our clients. Many of our boarders stay at Towne so that they can get special medical attention while boarding. In fact, new boarders are required to have an exam before scheduling a boarding stay so that we can familiarize ourselves with their medical history and to make sure that their temperament is compatible with our boarding environment. For example, very active dogs that need extensive exercise for their mental health might do better at a kennel with outdoor runs and more playtime options. Older pets that would be stressed in such an environment might do better at Towne. If you aren’t sure what the best solution is for your pet, give us a call.
All boarders receive personal attention from our caring staff. Pets may be dropped off during regular business hours Monday through Saturday and picked up after 9 AM (after noon if being bathed) on those same days.
A quiet, dedicated room is provided just for our feline friends!
Bathing – Routine and therapeutic bathing services are available
Anal Gland Expression
Minor clipping of mats
Sedated grooming of selected pets who experience excessive stress from grooming
Note: We do not provide grooming involving clipping (other than stated above) as we do not employ a dedicated groomer.
